This includes (42) unions, police/fire and non-union personnel. Detroit is one of the largest/ fastest growing cities in America needing a better organized and streamlined grievance processes. This will also allow them the ability to keep and download existing grievances. Q-Grievance gives Detroit a state of the art, on-line secured grievance process that develops, maintains, tracks, and provides absolute statistical reporting capabilities for all new and existing grievances. We are extremely honored to have been chosen, and look forward to working closely with Detroit’s Human Resources, Labor Relations, IT and Leadership groups.
The Father Solanus Casey Center, located in Detroit Michigan, has selected Quantum to provide federal OSHA mandated evacuation signs and training for their main Mount Elliott campus. The new Casey center is host to many hundreds of people daily. They required a detailed evacuation program in the event of severe weather, fire or other emergencies that may arise. Quantum, with its many years of experience in safety processes and initiatives, provided engineered safety services to survey required areas, developed and installed all required evacuations signs, and provided an evacuation training program to meet the Casey center needs. We were honored to have been chosen for this very important project prior to the Beautification of Father Solanus event where thousands of people attended the service at the center.
